Our deposit schedule lets us hold your dates and finalize rosters. Please review the policy below before registering.
Deadlines are set so that, by the time funds are due, you are sure of who will be joining us on the trip. All funds are non-refundable.
TIME Teams
1A $500 deposit for group registration is due within 30 days of signing to secure your spot on the calendar. This deposit is non-refundable.
2A $100 deposit per person is due 60 days prior to departure. This deposit is non-refundable.
3All remaining funds for individuals and projects are due 30 days prior to your trip date. These funds are non-refundable.
Service Teams
1A $25 deposit reserves your spot and is applied toward your final cost. This deposit is non-refundable.
